I highly recommend donating your used books to this wonderful organization.
They have the drop off bins at Starbucks and at Peets in Laurel Village. At least once a year I go through the library collection and find several titles no longer needed or desired and donate those to CPB. In addition, PHS usually holds an annual book drive and donates bags and bags and boxes and boxes of books to this terrific group. I have been at their site when teachers who do not have funds to purchase books for their kids are searching the collection and finding just what they need.
