PHS Cookbooks for Sale!
This collection of over 80 recipes demonstrates the breadth of the diversity of San Francisco, and of the families and staff of the Presidio Hill School. Recipes range from Posole and Carnitas, to Lamb Tagine and Sunomono, to Chicken Matzo-ball Soup and Mississippi Sweet Potato Pie. All profits benefit the Presidio Hill School. Founded in 1918, Presidio Hill School is a K-8 co-educational independent school with an enrollment of about 190 students the oldest continuously operating progressive school in California. Presidio Hill provides its students with an academically challenging, inclusive, multicultural education. Its mission is to encourage students to question, evaluate and think creatively and independently.
