Thank you for your interest in Presidio Hill School. Apply online or follow the steps below to successfully complete the Presidio Hill application process. If you have any questions or require additional information, please contact Kelly Dees.
Schedule a school visit
Our tours and open house events are tailored by grade level and can be chosen from our Get Started & Visit Us page. Other specific opportunities to engage with the school are also offered each year.
Complete the application
Submit your application online. Alternatively, application materials are available for download from the right hand side of this page or may be mailed to you upon request. Please complete the application and submit it electronically or return it, together with the $100 application fee, to the admission office. Students applying to grades 6–8 are also required to submit a student portion of the application. Contact Kelly Dees for an application fee waiver if your financial circumstances so warrant.
Student evaluation form
Give the confidential teacher evaluation form for Grades PreK-1 or Grades 2–8 to your child's current teacher to complete and return directly to the Presidio Hill School admission office by December 20, 2019 for TK-5 and February 7, 2020 for 6-8.
Records release form
Give the Records Release Form (Grades 2–5 or Grades 6–8) to your child's current school so the school may send these records directly to our admission office by December 20, 2019 for TK-5 and Friday, February 7, 2020 for 6-8.
Once your application is received, we will contact you to schedule a parent/guardian interview.
Visit day for your child
If you are applying to Transitional Kindergarten through Grade 5, we will contact you to schedule a visit day after we have received your application. If you are applying to Grades 6 through 8, we offer optional shadow visits prior to our mandatory Sixth Grade Assessment Day on February 29, 2020. You may shadow before deciding to apply. Please contact Robyn Mandel to make arrangements.
