Application deadlines for 2025-2026 school year are listed below by grade level

Grades: Transitional Kindergarten (TK), Kindergarten (K) - 5

• Application Deadline: Tuesday, January 6, 2025 (late applications are accepted on a space-available basis, please don’t hesitate to inquire. 

Grades: 6 - 8 

• Application Deadline: Monday, February 4, 2025 (out of town applicants may inquire late)
• Student Evaluation Forms and Transcripts: Monday, February 4, 2025
• Late applications will be considered on a space available basis after the March notification round

We are hosting our TK/K applicants in person this year. Once you have submitted your application, a scheduling link will be available for your one hour and fifteen minutes session on Ravenna Hub. We encourage you to apply early for best choice of appointment time. 

1-5 Assessment Day
Grade-level scheduling links will be available in Ravenna Hub once applications are received.

6 -8 Assessment Day
Saturday, March 1, 2025
9 a.m. - noon

Middle School students will spend the morning engaging in fun activities and assessment. Please note, there will be no event registration for this event but you will receive an email reminder with more details.
