PHS Presidio Audio Tour!
PHS is excited to share a wonderful audio guided tour of the Presidio! We hope that you love hearing about the myriad experiences students have learning, playing, and connecting in Presidio Hill School’s vibrant "backyard"–The Presidio. You’ll hear stories of students testing the pH level at El Polin Spring during science, of cooperative play between classmates in the Cypress Grove, and of poetry reading and annotation while under the natural roof of the Willow Dome (as well as many more).
These narratives were written by current PHS faculty, staff, and students. The voices you’ll be hearing are those of our faculty, staff, and students. This community-organized tour showcases some of the many ways our students inquire, imagine, and create in our neighboring National Park. We hope you find time to visit the Presidio and that this audio tour brings to life the learning that happens at PHS every day.
We are grateful to have access to this incredible natural resource; we acknowledge and respect the land and people who came before us.
The land upon which we have established our school for over 100 years is unceded Ramaytush Ohlone land.
